This is a very time-sensitive topic. If your order is still in the Processing status within our system, give us a call and we'll be able to change the address without a problem.


If your order has been shipped, there's little we can do. We don't use Australia Post or a postage service, we use couriers, so there's no way to recall or intercept the package.


As part of our Terms and Conditions, you really need to make sure that the address you provide to us is correct.
